🌐 Distance Healing & Shipped ProductsFlower Essence Therapy & Reiki in Alamogordo
Whether you live near the dunes or up toward the mountains, Alamogordo residents can receive distance Reiki, personally blended flower essences, and aura sprays mailed from our Metro Detroit studio, so quieter and more balanced energy arrives with no travel needed.
Cradled in the Tularosa Basin between the Sacramento Mountains and the glistening gypsum dunes of White Sands National Park, Alamogordo carries a desert-and-mountain rhythm, cottonwood-shaded parks, and deep Mescalero Apache and railroad-town roots.
Pistachio groves line the highway north of town, and the space history museum sits up on the hillside looking out over the Tularosa Basin. A remote session takes place wherever you already are, so no part of the day gets built around getting somewhere. Essences and sprays are hand-filled in Michigan and posted to your door.
John A. and Charles B. Eddy founded Alamogordo in 1898 when the El Paso and Northeastern Railroad reached this spot, and named it for the big cottonwoods, alamo gordo. Charles Eddy laid it out himself with wide streets and tree-lined irrigation ditches, planned on paper before the first building went up. It ran as a lumber and farm town on the Southern Pacific until the country came looking for open desert. White Sands became a national monument in 1933 and brought the first real tourism, and the New Mexico Museum of Space History opened here in 1976 to hold the rocketry side of the same landscape.
