The 20 Angel Essences system was channeled in 2009 by Argandini Titisari and Hari Andri Winarso and issued through Dharmasatya Workshops in Indonesia, with the artwork in the manual channeled by the same two founders.
Its premise is that the astral levels surrounding the planet are clearing away, that earth and humanity are becoming lighter in vibrational frequency as everything that is not love is released and transmuted, and that the angelic realms are therefore closer and easier to reach than before.

How it is used:
Find a quiet, peaceful place and sit or lie down with your spine straight and well supported. Close your eyes, take several deep breaths, exhaling slowly, and breathe gently into anywhere that feels tight until it releases. Think the name of the angel you are calling, for example the Angel of Patience, then enter a deep meditation and let that angel's energy flow from the Divine to you. Each of the twenty runs for approximately twenty minutes.
