Beauty Reiki 1 & 2

Beauty Reiki was channeled and founded by Hari Andri Winarso, a multiple Reiki Master and Teacher, and published through Dharmasatya Workshops in 2009. It is a personality system rather than a cosmetic one: the energy is described as high in vibration and directed at the emotional layer of the aura, on the reasoning that a cleaner emotional layer lets a person's own character come through more strongly. The system runs to three levels and uses no symbols at all.

Level 1 clears the aura layers and opens access to the energy, while Level 2 strengthens it threefold and carries four further attunements of its own, each with a separate purpose. This is the Practitioner Manual, covering both of those levels.

What this attunement is intended to support:

- It is traditionally used to support a clearer emotional layer in the aura, which the founder regards as the ground of personality.

- The Body Meditation at Level 1 and the Mind Meditation at Level 2 are used to clear heavy energy and to strengthen a practitioner's hold on the current.

- The Inner Peace attunement is used on anger, hatred and sadness, so that a person can come back to some quiet.

- The Self Confidence attunement is used to build confidence, which the founder links directly to inner beauty showing more strongly.

- The Success attunement is used on the discouragement left behind by past failure, and the Relationships attunement on the energy running between two people.

Who this is for:

- Newcomers who want a reiki system that can be worked from the first sitting, with no symbols and no hand positions.

- People working on confidence, temper, discouragement or a strained relationship who want a quiet daily practice for it.

- Practitioners who want to begin at the start of a three-level system and go on to the Master Teacher level later.

How it is used:

You sit as you normally would, say the name of the energy in your mind, and meditate for ten to fifteen minutes, and the manual says the flow begins and ends by itself inside that time. Working on yourself, the palms can simply rest on the thighs. To send to someone else you name them in the intention. The Relationships attunement is the one with a set position: write your own name on your right palm and the other person's on your left, or assign them by intention, then hold both palms facing your chest about fifteen centimetres apart and state the intention.
