Blue Lotus Energy Healing is an energy system channeled in 2003 by Ansara Moldave of Prince Edward Island, Canada, a Reiki Master and reflexologist practicing in Charlottetown. The system holds two levels and one symbol for each, and the Master Teacher level is the second and final step. Its founder asks that a student work Blue Lotus on themselves every day for thirty days before receiving the Master attunement, because that is how long the higher energy takes to settle into the body and how long the peaks that follow take to level out.

How it is used:

The student sits in a straight backed chair, feet flat on the floor and hands in gassho. For the first level the Master draws the Level 1 symbol three times into the crown chakra, three times into the third eye, three times into each palm chakra, and seals all of it with the master symbol over the crown. For the Master attunement the master symbol itself is drawn three times into the crown, three times into the third eye and three times into each palm. Prayer for strength and protection comes first, and the attunement is received in love.
