Eye of the Universe

Eye of the Universe was founded in 2006 and the manual names Ali Afnan as its founder. The name comes from a dying star shaped like an eye, the Helix Nebula, and the manual explains that the system was given because that star holds portals, fifteen in all, linking to thirteen different galaxies and two further destinations.
