Karmic Reiki Master level is the teaching half of the Enchanted Earth distance course, and its subject is how to pass the system on. The attunement technique it uses is based on Reiju, the Japanese empowerment process, which the manual prefers to the more elaborate Western methods because it is simpler and gives what it calls a purer connection to the energy.
Karmic Reiki is described as powerful and slow to master, asking for sensitivity to the energy and a good working relationship with your guides or higher wisdom, so the manual recommends teaching it to Reiki 2 students and above rather than to beginners.
Preparation is part of the method: students are told in advance about the twenty-one day clearing process that can follow an attunement, and are settled beforehand with a meditation or the Japanese Hatsu Rei Ho exercises. The attunement itself is a defined sequence of movements, from Gassho at the heart centre through the tracing of an energy path from crown to the base of the spine, then a series of held hand positions, each for at least ten seconds. Afterwards the teacher's job continues, because students are expected to practise Reiji Ho and to trust what they sense in the aura.
What this attunement is intended to support:
- Passing Karmic Reiki on to students through a simple Reiju-based empowerment.
- Preparing a student properly, including an honest explanation of the clearing period that can follow.
- Settling a recipient with meditation or Hatsu Rei Ho before the empowerment begins.
- Placing the Karmic Reiki symbols into the crown as part of the attunement sequence.
- Grounding the energy deliberately at the close rather than leaving it unfinished.
- Nurturing a new student's confidence and imagination so their intuitive sensing can develop.
What you receive:
- The complete Karmic Reiki Master level distance course notes.
- The Master attunement for Karmic Reiki, with the right to attune others.
- The full step-by-step Reiju-based attunement procedure, from Gassho through to grounding.
Who this is for:
- Karmic Reiki practitioners ready to teach and attune others.
- Reiki teachers who want a simpler, quieter empowerment method in their repertoire.
- Practitioners who want the Japanese Reiju approach rather than a Western ritual.
How it is used:
You ask the recipient to hold their hands in Gassho over the heart centre, raise your own hands high and feel the energy come down into them, then join the first two joints of your index fingers and draw a line of light down through the crown, tracing an energy path down the centre of the body to the base of the spine. Parting your hands past the knees, you sweep down to ground the energy without touching the floor.
From there you hold each position for a count of at least ten seconds, beginning at the crown with one hand hovering above the other, directing energy down the path you traced and placing all the Karmic Reiki symbols into the crown chakra, then moving to the temples so the whole field is flooded. The manual says the process can be performed once, or repeated a second time if you feel guided to.
