Lotus Healer Reiki

Lotus Healer is an energy system from Hari "NightsBreath" Andri, owner of NewBorn Soul Journey Integrated, published through spiritborn.org. Its name is its centre: the lotus is both the image the practitioner works with and the shape of its main meditation. The manual describes the energy as realigning the energy centres, relieving blockage, stimulating Qi, and grounding, centring and protecting, with the strongest effects felt in the spiritual development that follows rather than anywhere else.

It is also said to assist in opening the heart chakra and to clear clouded areas in the chakras generally.
