Mandelic acid, derived from bitter almonds, offers larger molecular size compared to glycolic acid, providing slower penetration and gentler action suitable for sensitive skin. The cleanser works to remove dead skin cells, excess sebum, and environmental pollutants while delivering exfoliating benefits with each use.
