Real Vampire Reiki was channelled by Tina Hesskew, working with an entity named Charley, in July of 2011, and it is offered under her Spoken-Spirit banner with no prerequisites at all.

The work itself is done through the Sacred ANK Vampire Reiki symbol, which the manual says must be used in every method of sending. The manual is explicit about its limits: the attunement will not make you a vampire if you are not one.
