True Self Illumination

True Self Illumination is an empowerment published by Soul Unfoldment in 2010 and founded by Hari Andri Winarso, whose own path began not in Reiki but in traditional mystic Javanism before he took his first attunement at the end of 2001 and became a Reiki master in early 2002.

The empowerment is described as infusing the entire system with light, with strong metaphysical properties for transformation that help you recognise your purpose for being here. The energy is said to run from the highest vibration to the lowest and to give each chakra exactly what that chakra requires, in alignment with the soul's purpose.

Its distinguishing feature is a connection made between the Soul Star chakra and the Earth Star chakra, a link that activates, stimulates and aligns the whole chakra system. The manual also names three particular uses: navigating out of body journeys safely, sharpening telepathic gifts so information from the higher realms arrives more accurately, and helping people caught in addictive behaviour to love and accept themselves.

How it is used:

Enter a deep state of meditation and let the energy flow by itself through the physical and subtle bodies, usually for about fifteen minutes.

For another person you place your palms on their shoulders, invite them to ask for help in the same way, then say the name mentally and let the energy flow through you to them. Any distance method you already use works for a distant session.
