🌐 Distance Healing & Shipped ProductsFlower Essence Therapy & Reiki in Pocatello
Pocatello residents can tap into flower essence support and distance Reiki by phone or video, a calming practice that travels easily through the Portneuf valley.
Cradled by the Bannock Range in the Portneuf River valley, Pocatello blends a railroad and university heritage, with Idaho State University students and an old-town Historic District lending the city a grounded, walkable character.
Semesters at Idaho State move in waves, and the Portneuf valley can sit under cold, still air for weeks in midwinter. Because attunement material is digital and permanently the client's own, a student who leaves after graduation keeps every page. Sessions continue from whatever the next address turns out to be.
The city is named for Chief Pocatello, a Northern Shoshone leader of the nineteenth century, and part of it sits on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation in neighbouring Power County, where the airport is. Residential and commercial building appeared from about 1882 as the Union Pacific pushed its lines through, and the town's whole early purpose was the railroad. After it was founded in 1889 it became known as the Gate City, the gateway into Idaho and on to the Pacific Northwest, which is a fair description of what a junction town does. Idaho State University is here.
